That’s why we want to let you know about a recent change: we’re transitioning our retail product line from Redken to Goldwell. This was not a decision we made lightly, and we want to be transparent with you about why it’s happening.

The Reason Behind the Switch: Rising Tariffs

Due to recent tariff changes and international trade policies, the cost of importing certain salon products—particularly from U.S.-based brands like Redken—has significantly increased in Canada. Unfortunately, these additional costs directly affect what we’d have to charge you at the counter.

Rather than passing these price increases on to you, we explored other options that would allow us to maintain both affordability and quality—without compromising the performance or experience you expect from us.

While our retail shelves will feature Goldwell moving forward, please note:

We are still proudly using Redken’s professional colour line for all hair colouring services.

Our stylists are Redken-certified, and we remain committed to the colour formulas you know and love. Redken's colour technology continues to deliver the beautiful, consistent results our clients expect—and that won’t change.
